Farquharson happy to be back with Danger

Kayne Farquharson loves his Miami sports.
The Hurricanes The Heat. The Marlins. All those guys.
The Miami native likes to root for his hometown boys.
But right now, he loves Grand Island and the Nebraska Danger the most.
"This is my second home," said Farquharson, now in his second season as a receiver for the Danger. "I love Grand Island. I wouldn't trade it for the world. When (last) season was over, I knew I was going to come back. It wasn't a question of if or when. It was just how."
Farquharson did indeed make it back to the Danger. He leads the team in receiving with 18 catches for 246 yards and five touchdowns in three games.
Those 18 catches are tied for the lead in the Indoor Football League while his 246 yards is second behind James Terry of Sioux Falls.
A year ago, Farquharson caught 74 passes for 915 yards and stood third in the Indoor Football League with 26 touchdowns. Farquharson is on pace right now to equal or surpass those numbers, but that may not happen in the long run.
