Mike Jones, a 6’2" 205 lb wide receiver, has signed with the Danger after four seasons with the Omaha Beef and two with the Colorado Ice.

An outstanding athlete at Sutton High School in central Nebraska, Jones was a standout wide receiver and punter at Midland University in Fremont from 2002-2005, where he currently holds the season and career records for punts. Jones was second team All-GPAC in 2005 as a wide receiver, and led the Warriors in receiving with 42 receptions for 435 yards and two touchdowns. During his senior season, Jones punted 35 times averaging 34.5 yards per punt, with a long of 63.
